AFTER CLICKING ON THE ''SUBMIT A TICKET'' TAB ABOVE ...
1st .... fill in your email address
2nd ... in the SUBJECT blank put your School, Room #, and a word or two that identifies your problem (otherwise we won't know who or where you are! )

3rd ... give as much detail as possilbe to explain your issue
4th ... click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page
